Welcome to the Heart
of the Northern Beaches

With Mona Vale, Newport and the famously beautiful Palm Beach to the north, and Narrabeen, Dee Why and Manly to the south,
Warriewood lies at the nexus of everything that makes the Northern Beaches such a remarkable,
unique and sought-after area.

Enjoy an astoundingly spacious, contemporary designer home in a community-centred development spread over seven buildings, with close proximity to the region’s largest shopping centre, and the secluded Warriewood Beach under ten minutes away by car.

Adela offers a friendly, relaxed village life surrounded by an expansive bushland sanctuary.

Enormous homes,
exceptionally crafted

Adela comprises 66 oversized family apartments and 14 attached homes spread over three levels, distributed over seven buildings, arranged around peaceful communal areas with attractive natural landscaping. The design and layout are arranged to promote neighbour interaction, and to facilitate a strong sense of community among residents.

All attached homes come with lofts and the apartments are available in one, two, three or four-bedroom arrangements and two secure car spaces. Most of these have ‘flexi-rooms’, spaces you can use to your liking be it a study, media room or extra guest/living room. The apartments are spacious, with open-plan layouts, modern finishes including limestone and timber cladding, private courtyard for entertaining, and many offering bi-fold doors leading to generous alfresco dining spaces.

Living areas open onto expansive balconies with great views over the natural surroundings, with no possibility of being built out.
